FIRST TIME ONSITE?
As you walk into the building, look for the Kid’s Check-in sign. We will meet your family and create a family profile for you in our family database system, then one of our leaders will direct you and your family to their age-appropriate room. We will ask for the following personal information: family members’ names, kid’s names and birthdates, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs.)
We look forward to seeing your family! In order to maintain safety protocols, we have a limited capacity within our kid’s ministry environment.
HOW DOES CHECK-IN ONSITE WORK?
You may check in your kid at the check-in station. After finding your kid’s name in the database, you and your kid will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your kid will need to wear the name tag portion while you keep the matching tag. After the service, you will return to your kid’s room and show your tag in order for your kid to be released back to you. This process is called: Show, Match, and Go!
